Noble Corporation, a prominent player in the oil and gas industry, is set to make significant advancements in exploration drilling, thanks to its Noble Venturer drillship, with operations extending across Equatorial Guinea and Namibia.

In Ghana, Noble Corporation is executing a drilling campaign on behalf of Tullow Oil, projected to conclude well ahead of schedule.

Looking forward, Noble Corporation disclosed its strategic plans for the African continent, revealing upcoming offshore drilling ventures in Equatorial Guinea and Namibia.

The Equatorial Guinea campaign, scheduled to commence in June, will encompass three wells, including both development and exploration sites. Trident Energy stands as the beneficiary of this initiative.

Moving to Namibia, Noble Corporation’s operations are budgeted for a minimum of two wells, with each day of activity costing $410,000. Operations are scheduled to commence in November 2024, with a contractual timeline ranging between 100 to 250 days. Rhino Resources, a South African entity, will oversee these endeavors.
