The National Oil Corporation (NOC) has proudly announced a significant increase in Libya's crude oil production, which has now reached an impressive 1,257,729 barrels per day (bpd). This remarkable achievement is complemented by the production of condensates, which has hit 49,890 bpd, and natural gas production, currently at 220,620 barrels' equivalent per day.

In a notable development, last week saw the resumption of operations at the new 250 km pipeline from the North Hamada oil field, managed by the Nafusa Oil Operations Company. This strategic move has already boosted production by 8,000 bpd. The NOC has set ambitious targets, aiming to achieve the first phase of the field development program, with production expected to reach 10,000 bpd by August.

These impressive milestones are a testament to the resilience and growth of Libya's oil industry. Despite the challenges, Libya continues to make significant strides, reinforcing its crucial role in the global energy market. The increased production not only boosts the national economy but also strengthens Libya's position as a key player in the global energy landscape.
