In a recent technical and financial meeting, the National Oil Corporation (NOC) and Zawiya Oil Refining Company reviewed the company's various activities for the current year, focusing on production targets for 2025. Held at the NOC headquarters in Tripoli, the meeting assessed refinery operations, including production processes at the asphalt plants in Zawiya and Benghazi, as well as operations at the oil blending and filling plant.

Key topics included ongoing and proposed capital projects, highlighting efforts to streamline refinery operations and enhance output efficiency in the upcoming year. The meeting brought together NOC’s General Manager of Oil Industries, the General Manager of Investment, and senior officials from health, safety, and environment (HSE), refining, and local distribution departments, alongside Zawiya Oil Refining Company’s board members and experts from relevant departments.

This collaboration underscores the commitment of both entities to optimize oil production and refining capabilities in Libya, positioning the country’s oil industry for sustainable growth and enhanced productivity.
