Born 13 February 1969. Graduated as Mining Engineer, Ufa Petroleum Institute, Russia, in 1992; Major: Oil and Gas Production Engineer. Master of Science in Petroleum Economics and Management from the French Petroleum Institute in 2000. Worked in Majagua Oil Drilling and Extraction Company as Field Technician, Head of hydrodynamic well investigations and Technical Supervisor of foreign companies from 1992 to 2001. E&P Investment Manager and Head of E&P Development Group at Cupet Head Office from 2001 to 2009. From 2010 to July 2013 worked as a representative in Cupet's office in Beijing, China. Since 2014 he worked at Comercial Cupet SA as Services Import Manager and Exploration & Production Manager. In 2020 he was appointed General Manager of Comercial Cupet S.A., a company in charge of conducting business and signing contracts with foreign investors.
