Vicente de la O Levy, born on April 25, 1962, is a distinguished mechanical engineer who graduated from the Technological University of Havana "José Antonio Echeverría." With courses in Business Management and the Superior School of Cadres, he began his career in 1985 as a Mechanical Specialist at the Machine Tools and Tools Company, where he rose to become the director. In 1995, he was appointed Vice Minister of Sideromechanics at SIME, a position he held until 2001. Subsequently, he served as President of ACINOX until 2003, when he became the First Deputy Minister of SIME, serving until 2005. From then until 2010, he led the Electric Union, and from 2010 to 2013, he headed the Energy Mission in Venezuela. Upon his return, he assumed the presidency of the Electronics Group until October 2022. Currently, Vicente de la O Levy is a Minister, bringing his extensive experience and leadership to the industrial and energy development of the country.
